Hot Faced Kim Ah-Joong

Kim Ah-joong was awarded the Hot Face Award at the 2007 Elle Style Asia Awards held in Hong Kong last week on October 26th.


The category just sounds so strange to me. I just keep thinking of my school days standing at the bus stop in 36ºC afternoon Malaysian heat and my face hot enough to fry an egg on my oily forehead.

Anyway, back to things more glamorous. Every year a panel of judges and fans vote for their favourite actors, singers or fashion icons, who were most seen in the spotlight that year. Other Korean candidates nominated, but were not honoured the award, include BoA, Lee Junki, and Jeon Ji Hyun.

Hmm... does she deserve the award? What do you think?
