Break Out is unleashed in Malaysia

On this day when South Korea mourns the death of former President Roh Moo-hyun (R.I.P, sir), Orchid and I, along with our Hallyu Surf Instructor, attended the premiere of the extreme dance comedy, Break Out.

Prison Break: Well, well, well...step aside
Michael Scofield and crew

The 3:00pm show at Wisma MCA, Kuala Lumpur was a rip-roaring success! The show wasn’t sold out and the venue wasn't really suitable, but the awesome performance brought the house down.

The venue: Wisma MCA in the heart of
Kuala Lumpur

After the show, the audience called for an encore, and the performers obliged with a mean beat-boxing and dance routine that rocked the house. But we’ll bring you the juicy details later.

Break Out is currently showing in Malaysia, and it would be wise of you not to miss it! The second show is at 8.30pm tonight at the same venue. There will be two more shows tomorrow (Sunday, May 24) in KL and two shows in Penang. For ticketing details, go to www.axcess.com.my.

Apart from that, proceeds from the KL shows will be donated to the LG Cleft Lip Project. It's good to know that you’re doing something good while de-stressing by laughing your pants off.

For a good cause: Putting a smile on someone :-)

Lucky draw: A 42" LG LCD TV will be given away at
every performance

Break Out revolves around five lovable jailbirds who plan to escape prison. A mysterious sacred text falls from the sky and bestows them the ability to pop, lock and break it on down. This extremely entertaining prison break story will keep you in stitches.

Yes friends, K-popped! highly recommends Break Out - a two thumbs up performance.

Patience is a virtue: Queuing to go in

Access: Our RM93 tickets (numbered seating) to the show
