And the lawsuits keep on coming

We thought we could put this topic to rest but apparently, the weather forecast still isn’t looking that good for Rain. After shrugging off that burdensome lawsuit filed by one Rain Corporation, the Energizer Bunny is hit with yet another lawsuit.

Hawaii-based Click Entertainment Inc. alleges that the Energizer Bunny and his South Korea-based producers, JYP Entertainment Co. and Star M Entertainment, defrauded it of more than US$500,000 in licensing fees and other costs.

The company is now claiming that the promoters had no intention whatsoever to stage the concert in the first place.

“There seemed to be just a number of ... acts of bad faith that we have concluded in all likelihood that the people did not have the capacity to provide the entertainer or never intended to do so but took the money,” said Eric Seitz, one of the lawyers who filed the suit, in a news conference recently.

Apart from that, POPSEOUL! reports that fans in Toronto are outraged by the bounced cheques they received as ticket refunds. Whoa, when it Rain(s), it pours, huh?
