i don't know that movie either.
The movie still is from "Happiness" starring Hwang Jeong-min and Im Su-jung. It is director Hur Jin-ho's entry into the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival. The movie's Korean title is "Haeng-bok"
It tells the story of an ailing city "playboy" falling in love and finding happiness from a simple girl who cherishes life while suffering from a critical lung disease.

oh yeah. now i remember reading about that movie on here... and even seeing the trailer. why my brain did not make a connection, i've no idea.
