Lee Eon dies at 27

Really sad news on this rainy Thursday morning, folks.

Model-turned-actor Lee Eon (27), who plays the lovable lug Minsub in hit drama Coffee Prince, died in a motorcyle accident early this morning (Aug 21).

Lee Eon, whose real name is Park Sang-min, was on his way home after a wrap party for KBS drama Strongest Chil-woo when he crashed into the guardrail of an overpass. He died almost instantly.

Rest in peace, Lee Eon and thank you for the TV memories. *sniffles*

A wonderful talent. Thank you Park Sangmin for your marvelous performances. I would have preferred to see many more from you. You gave Charisma a capital 'C.' My heart aches for your family and your friends. You had many fans all over the world. Here in America we waited anxiously for each new installment of Coffee Prince. May your afterlife be as stellar as your time here on Earth.
