Worlds Within Press Conference in Singapore

For those of you who have been following this blog, or if you are a fan of Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin, you would have known that they were in Singapore lately to film their new drama "Worlds Within" - previously known as "The World They Live In".

Song Hye Kyo, Hyun Bin and the film crew have now left Singapore, but before leaving, they attended a media conference on Thursday (11 Sept) evening at St Regis Hotel.

Finally, one of the first photos of
Song Hye Kyo & Hyun Bin together!

It was reported that the two stars and director Pyo Min Soo (who also directed Full House) turned up one hour and 25 minutes late for the conference due to a delay from returning from Bintan island.

Here are some of the questions asked at the press conference.

Q: What obstacles did they face?

Pyo Min Soo: None, except that permits took longer to be approved here.

Q: Did they try the durians here?

Song Hye Kyo: No, but fans gave me dumplings to try.

Q: Which location shoot left the deepest impression?

Song Hye Kyo: A romantic scene shot at 3am outside the Asian Civilisation Museum along the Singapore River.

Hyun Bin: Enjoyed going out to sea in a yacht from Sentosa Cove.

Q: Why did producer Pyo Min Soo pick Singapore as the filming location?

Pyo Min Soo: Singapore was selected because I have been here three times on holiday and I love the unique combination of city and nature. The beach scene outside the museum will be a crucial turning point in the drama's story line.

Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin play TV producers who go to Singapore for work and develop feelings for each other there.

The 16-part Korean drama will feature some of Singapore's landmarks namely, the Singapore river, Changi Airport, Sentosa and Orchard Road.
