Big Bang to perform at MTV World Stage VMAJ 2010 in Japan

On May 29, popular Kpop group Big Bang will be in Tokyo, Japan for the MTV World Stage VMAJ 2010. The event will take place at the Yoyogi National Stadium.

Big Bang, who is nominated for 2 trophies, will perform live at the event which will be a combination of both the MTV Video Music Awards Japan and the MTV World Stage.

The boys are nominated for Best New Artist Video (Gara Gara Go!!) and Best Pop Video (Koe wo Kikasete).

Reigning Pop Queen Lady Gaga tops the nominations with five nominations for her smash hit Poker Face.

You can have a say in who wins the awards! Cast your votes for Big Bang at www.mtvjapan.com/vmaj. Warning though, the site is in Japanese. Voting ends May 9.

MTV World Stage VMAJ 2010 will broadcast live to over 7.5 million homes through MTV Japan on May 29 at 6pm. The award ceremony will then air worldwide on MTV channels in June 2010.
