Ya Shim Man Man (야심만만 )

Ya Shim Man Man is a very popular Korean variety show produced by Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS). It is aired on Mondays at 11:05pm (Korean time). It started airing way back in 2003.

It is a show where Korean celebrities sit around a table and answer questions. Viewers can go to the Yashimmanman website to vote, prior to episodes being taped, what questions they want the celebs to answer. I think they also select the most probable answer for the question. If the guest celebrity's answer is not in the top 5 most common answers, strong air gets blown in their face.

I don't think the show is popular because viewers want to see their favourite celebrities get air blown in their faces. The success of this show comes from the fact that despite all the jokes and nonsense, it reveals a lot about the celebrity's personality and experiences.
