Sharing some Hallyu love

Hi everyone,

The K-popped! Trio decided to share our love for the Hallyu by organising the TVXQ Christmas Giveaway contest (our very first contest) in December 2007.

This is what the winner will be getting!

We would like to thank all our Facebook members who participated. The contest was opened to all K-popped!'s Facebook members and ended on Dec 31, 2007 (Malaysian time).

What, you are not part of the K-popped! group at Facebook yet? What are you waiting for? Join now!

Our winner, Hannie Silver's prize is all-wrapped up!

The winner of the contest is: Hanie Silver, who won herself a TVXQ Limited Edition box set by just captioning one of our photos taken in Beijing.

The prize was sent on Jan 8, 2008 and Hannie, who incidentally lives in Malaysia, received it 3 days later.

Congratulations, Hannie! We hope you like the box set. We bought it while we were in Beijing :-).

Meanwhile, the K-popped! Trio were also delighted to learn that Fraulein of Singapore finally received the Chinese magazine titled Modern Music Field on Jan 7!

Fraulein of Singapore receives Modern Music Field!

The entertainment magazine, which has Rain on the cover of its supplement was also purchased in Beijing.

We decided to give it to Fraulein, who inquired about the mag after reading about it on our site, because we can't read Chinese...except for Rooster, who is learning the language ;-).

We actually sent the item to Singapore on Nov 30, 2007 and are really disappointed that it took more than a month to cross the border!!?? Pos Malaysia, when will you buck up?

He...Liz,it's considered lucky if it really get the owner after a month. I sent a gift to a friend in New York and by the time the gift reach NY, my friend already went back to Japan. Took a month to reach NY and another month to reach me back and again another month for the gift to be in its owner hands! Pheww!!!

Hi Meiruo_chan, at least that was to the US. This was just across the border to Singapore! It took more than a month for that? I don't buy it. They really need to buck up ;-).

Oh great, I sent some New Year's cards a month before New Year's to friends in the US. Guess I should expect them to receive the cards in 2009 if I'm lucky. Well, better late than never. O_o

Liz : I do agree with you Liz. They really need to buck up! Why? My friend sent me a parcel from Japan and it only took a week to reach me. What the hell are they doing that take so long?

Rooster : Pray that they received the cards. Hehe...
